A. General Terms and Conditions

1. Contractual Partner

Customer Service and Complaint Management
For questions or complaints, please contact our customer service.

2. Scope of Application, Definitions

2.1. The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded between a consumer or an entrepreneur and us regarding the product offers presented in our online shop at shoesbullboxer.com.
2.2. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are outside their trade, business, or profession. An entrepreneur is any natural or legal person or legally capable partnership who, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their trade, business, or profession.

3. Formation of Contract (Purchase Contracts)

3.1. The product offerings in our online shop constitute a binding offer to purchase goods from us.
3.2. You accept our contract offer for the items in your shopping cart by clicking on the “Buy Now” button at the end of the order process. Upon submitting this declaration, the purchase contract is formed.
3.3. You will promptly receive an order confirmation via email containing your order details, which you can print and archive.
3.4. If you do not wish to use the online shop ordering function, you may alternatively submit an offer to enter into a purchase contract by email, online contact form, fax, post, or telephone. In this case, we are entitled to accept your offer within 5 days. The period begins upon submission of your offer and ends at the close of the 5th day following the submission. We accept your offer either by sending a contract or shipping confirmation (e.g., via email), by requesting payment, by debiting your account (in case of direct debit), or by delivering the goods to your specified address. The contract is concluded as soon as the first of these events occurs within the acceptance period. If we do not accept your offer within the specified period, this is considered a rejection. In which case, no contract is formed, and you are no longer bound to your offer.

4. Prices, Shipping Costs

4.1. All prices listed in the online shop are total prices and include all price components, including applicable statutory VAT.
4.2. Packaging and shipping costs are charged separately unless the product is marked as free shipping. The amount of shipping costs is based on the prices specified in the online shop.

5. Payment Options

We offer the following payment methods in our online shop:

Payments via PayPal are processed by PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., Luxembourg, according to PayPal’s terms of use.

6.1. Delivery is carried out by our shipping service provider exclusively to the delivery areas specified in the online shop.
6.2. For prepayment, the delivery period begins on the day following your payment instruction. If no prepayment is agreed, the period begins the day after contract conclusion. If the period ends on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the delivery location, the next business day applies.

7. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

8. Statutory Right of Withdrawal

The statutory right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers.

9. Statutory Liability for Defects

Statutory warranty rights apply to all products purchased from us.

11. Extended 30-Day Return Policy

In addition to the statutory withdrawal right, we grant a voluntary 30-day return policy upon receipt of the goods, provided they are unused, undamaged, complete, and with labels attached.

12. Credit Notes

Credit notes must be redeemed within six months and can only be used for goods or services, not paid out in cash.

13. Applicable Law, Place of Jurisdiction

For all contracts, the law of the Netherlands applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is our place of business in Weert, the Netherlands. The same applies if you do not have a general place of jurisdiction in an EU member state or if your usual place of residence is unknown at the time the action is filed.
